Extensive activities connected with the development of personnel potential usually require a great deal of expenditure of labour and resources. The variety of ventures is related to the importance of merits and organisational factors. In such conditions it is worth to consider a close co-operation with some external firm, which would guarantee the highest level of assistance in many fields. That is exactly what we wish to offer to our clients.

It requires both parties to be deeply involved in determination of priorities. In our advisory work we consider a precisely developed plan of procedure to be extremely important. Such plan usually becomes an integral part of the contract to which we are obliged. At the same time the plan determines the entirety of contracted activities. Similar importance is attributed to the range of co-operation resulting from the plan of procedure.
