Training philosophy
Nowadays, the investment in the development of employees and their self-dependence becomes an important factor in the functioning of a modern company. Enterprises spend more and more money for training and development of the competencies of their personnel. While being able to precisely calculate the cost of the training, one cannot definitely determine the advantages it can bring to the company. Although more and more often trainings are regarded as an investment – is it really possible to determine what are real profits for the company? Similar questions might be asked about the entire human resources management policy.
Essential element, which we use while designing and developing our trainings, is training consciousness, or more precisely the consciousness of personnel in terms of competence.
