Results of work

The most important effects resulting from the co-operation with ProFirma are:

1. Description of all training courses planned and accomplished in the language of competencies, which are to be developed by training.
2. Planning of training courses and processes, which would enable the analysis of personnel development.
3. Determination of criteria for training course appraisal, which would enable the initial analysis of its effectiveness.
4. Determination of precise pre-requisites to be applied in the process of internal recruitment and selection, e.g. in the form of Assessment Centre.
5. Determination of precise criteria for appraisal of the selection of training moderators (e.g. external companies).
6. Harmonisation of training courses with the appraisal system, which would enable the presentation of the development of objectives for the employees at the performance review.
7. Preparation of training courses with respect to subject matter and organisation, and in particular, the selection of groups of employees to be trained with regard to similar “lack of competence” instead of being a part of one organisational structure.
8. Preparation of tools for implementation of the policy of the competence management.
