About Profirma

ProFirma was established at the beginning of the year 2000 as a limited liability company.

 

Important achievements:

1. Working out our own attitude to professional competence. Possible implementation of the solutions worked out: full implementation of managing professional competence in a company, personal audit, assessment system, system analizing needs and effectiveness of trainings etc.;
2. Organizing over 10 substantial conferences;
3. Issuing more than ten editions of ”Meritum”;   
4. Working out our own diagnostic and implementation methods;
5. Over 100 customers;
6. Organizing post-graduate studies together with schools of tertiary education.

 

Currently ProFirma is working in various forms with a group of about a dozen coaches and consultants.
